The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had very pleasant dishes. The staff was genuinely professional and service-oriented and provided excellent service. The location was excellent and unbeatable, for example, a giant Gothic cathedral was relatively close to the hotel.

Top-class & stylish room, coffee/tea making facilities, a kettle, and an iron in there. Marvellous convenient location, back to the Cathedral which is right next to the train station. And near to various cafes and shops, the shopping streets as well as, restaurants and the old city and the historic centre around the Cathedral.

Really enjoyed Cologne, the hotel was comfortable central and homey in the center of Cologne nightlife. Service-minded team with a female receptionist who was also friendly. My room included coffee/tea making machines, a safe box, and a kettle. The breakfast had lots of outstanding options, and was warm and savoury.

The atmosphere created was elegant. The restaurant was nice with great chef, we ordered very pleasant dishes.

Great food, good service and exceptional view of the cathedral. Elegant ambiance, great and decent location. Walking distance to shopping streets and a market across the street.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a secure parking facility for our bicycles. The staff were also very helpful in providing us with information about nearby bike routes and workshops for bike maintenance. The glass elevator outside the hotel provided a unique and enjoyable experience, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The room was high-class: very big bed, reasonably spacious bathroom. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the centre of Cologne, walking to the Cathedral and LAB12 cocktail bar, Tesla charger in basement. Stopped by Gliss Coffee Contor to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

We booked a superior king room with a nice view to the "dom" and liked it. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for walking around a medieval Catholic church. Shopping streets and a market were right next door.

Everything was very GOOD, so were wonderful views of cathedral. The staff were hard-working and the atmosphere was elegant. I was pleased with good service. Appreciated every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend.

Lovely hotel with a spotless clean room. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. a fantastic stay!

Excellent base for 1 night in Cologne, comfortable central and homely hotel. Very well decorated and well-appointed room, elegant atmosphere. Outstanding food for breakfast. Amazing base for 3 nights with patient and very helpful staff with a female receptionist who was also friendly.

The units are new-fashioned, fashionable with a balcony.

Breakfast was hot and savoury, we didn't feel like leaving!

The location was central, magnificent within walking distance of most major areas shopping etc.

The rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated plus have essentials you need.
